1. From I-81 and I-84

Take I-84 to exit #8 (Mt. Cobb). Turn left at the end of the exit ramp and then right at the traffic light on route 348. As you pass Elmdale Bible Church and reach the bottom of the hill, turn right on Pumphouse Rd. The MRF sign is on the right, approximately 1 mile ahead.

 2. From New York and Vicinity

Take I-80 West to 380 North to I-84 East. From I-84, use the same directions as “1.”

 3. From Points West

Take I-80 East to I-81 North. From I-81, use the same directions as “1.”
